Had a cool time here with my family! The kids loved the outdoor pool, and we enjoyed some relaxing moments at the spa. However, the room service could use a little improvement, as we had to remind them to clean up after a celebration we had. Overall, a solid choice! 😊

I had a great time here! I really loved the clean rooms and the tasty food, especially the smoked salmon tagliatelle I ordered for room service. I appreciated the second pool, which was perfect for my little one, though I wish they had a baby pool that would fit my toddler better. Overall, I would definitely choose this place again!

I booked the Deluxe Double Room for a night. Check-in felt disorganized. No friendly greeting, just a wait at the reception. The room had a stale odor initially. Cleanliness could use improvement. the carpet felt unkempt. The air conditioning didn't work quite right, making it uncomfortable at times. On a positive note, the bed was really comfortable and I appreciated the available Netflix and YouTube options in the room. Staff were warm during interactions, always eager to help with any requests. The location was decent, with easy access to nearby amenities. The highlight was definitely the tasty food. dinner had a good variety. The gym and pool were great as well, providing nice options for relaxation and exercise after a long travel day. Overall, the hotel needs a bit of a facelift and improvements on housekeeping, but there were moments that made the stay enjoyable.

Awtar Restaurant hits the sweet spot with a buffet that pleases both the cold food fans and the hot dish lovers. The evening selection is a total feast! Plus, the swimming pool is clean and monitored, perfect for a chill dip.

Unfortunately, the hotel infrastructure is showing its age with some plumbing quirks and a funky smell that greets you at the door. Also, the checkout drama over missing towels felt a bit over-the-top.

The Ras Al Khaimah Hotel features a unique blend of Middle Eastern heritage and modern comfort, with friendly and accommodating staff who made my stay delightful. The spacious lobby was welcoming and accessible for seniors like me.
